David Lee Crow, better known by his stage name Ghastly, is an American DJ, producer, and musician who has become known for his unique blend of genres, including bass, house, and dubstep. Growing up in Arizona, he was heavily influenced by heavy metal music, and this can still be heard in his productions, which are characterized by their high-energy, aggressive sound. His breakout hit, “Miami Connection,” was released in 2015, and he has since released a number of successful tracks, including “Every Night” and “We Might Fall.”
“I want to make people feel something, to make them forget about their problems and just lose themselves in the music. That’s what electronic music is all about, and that’s what I’m trying to do with my music. I want to create an experience that people will never forget, and I want to share that experience with as many people as possible.”
Ghastly has been praised for his live shows, which are known for their intensity and high-energy. He has performed at major festivals around the world, including Tomorrowland, EDC Las Vegas, and Electric Zoo, and has collaborated with a number of high-profile artists, including NGHTMRE, Dillon Francis, and Jauz. In addition to his work as a DJ and producer, Ghastly is also a talented musician, and often incorporates live instruments, such as the guitar and drums, into his performances.
As Ghastly himself puts it, “My goal with music is to make people feel something. Whether it’s joy, sadness, anger, or anything in between, if my music can make people feel something, then I’ve done my job.” With his unique sound and high-energy performances, Ghastly has established himself as a major player in the electronic music scene, and his fans can always count on him to bring the party.
